This recipe has been a super hit at Cafe Infusions at Ram Nagar in Coimbatore and can be made into different variants based on the availability of the ingredients. Mushrooms, ghee instead of olive oil, green chilli, eggs are other ingredients that can be used in this sandwich. Tabasco sauce is optional and can be replaced with soy sauce or green chilli sauce based on individual preferences. Simple chocolate sauce made by melting chocolate can be used instead of hazelnut praline or Nutella.
The recipe is a quick snack for kids and elders. It is a good healthy breakfast option with dark chocolate or cacao nibs. It also goes well as a snack with green tea or coffee.
